Lift-All Co. announces 2024 leadership changes

Lift-All Company, Landisville, Pennsylvania, announced CFO Melissa D. Light will be promoted to the role of president, effective Jan. 1, 2024, as Steven Pacilio moves into the role of chairman of the board.

"My leadership will continue to be driven by our core values of teamwork, integrity, and performance with the fundamental goal to deliver a safe and quality product to our customers.”

She will build on her 12 years of experience with Lift-All and over 25 years in manufacturing as she oversees the entire leadership team and excels Lift-All into this next chapter. Previously, as the chief financial officer, Light led several departments and aided in achieving over $15 million in growth.

“I have worked closely with Melissa over the years and found her to be a very driven and passionate leader," said Pacilio. "I have no question that she will be able to take Lift-All to the next level creating additional value and growth for our company, distributors, and end users all over the globe.”

Lift-All has become the largest sling manufacturer in the U.S. since opening in 1964. The company has grown from its humble beginnings in Manheim, PA, to present-day, manufacturing in five U.S. plants with sales across the globe.
