Fastenal grows January sales 6.4%
Fastenal reported a year-over-year 6.4% net sales increase for the month of January totalling $6.3 million.
Daily sales growth was highest in Canada/Mexico (4.8%), follwed by the rest of world (12.9%). The U.S. achieved the lowest growth at 0.7%.
Heavy manufacturing was its highest daily sales growth end market (3% compared to 20.2% in January 2023) followed by other manufacturing (0.7% compared to 13.1% in January 2023).
Safety was the product line with highest daily sales growth (9.7%) followed by fasteners (6.0%)
