NewAge substitute for fluoropolymer tubing

NewAge Industries offers a viable substitute for fluoropolymer tubing, which has been in short supply this year due to a shortage of raw materials.

NewAge ProliteOther tubing materials – most notably polypropylene – offer an alternative.

Substitution depends on each application’s requirements, but NewAge’s Prolite polypropylene tubing shares several performance characteristics with fluoropolymer including chemical and corrosion resistance, low surface friction, and high dielectric strength. Additionally Prolite is light weight, offers low moisture absorption, and is made from a compound certified by NSF (the National Sanitation Foundation) for drinking water applications (NSF-61).
