CRP Industrial offers Reinflex UHP Thermoplastic Hose
CRP Industrial offers a comprehensive lineup of Reinflex Ultra High Pressure (UHP) hoses for use in a wide range of applications.
Applications include waterjet cutting, surface preparation, paint removal, hydro demolition, ship, tank and vessel cleaning, and as waterblast supply hoses.
The UHP line can also handle general hydraulic applications, including hydraulic jacks, bolt tensioning, and testing.
CRP Reinflex UHP hoses are fully engineered, polymer hoses featuring a combination spiral layered steel reinforcement. Each hose has been carefully developed with an insert and ferrule designed to maintain the highest integrity for both the components and the final assembly.
The product range features seven hose styles with a variety of working pressures up to 40,600 psi. They are available as factory certified assemblies. Reinflex UHP hoses also offer excellent resistance to chemicals, ozone, ultraviolet light, and seawater, as well as cutting, crushing and aging. They feature high abrasion and impulse resistance and are available in long lengths. Volumetric expansion at maximum working pressure is very low.
The Reinflex UHP line is rated for operation in temperatures ranging from -22 degrees F to +158 degrees F. The entire line is quality system certified by TÜV: ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004.
