Triad Technologies acquires Rilco Industrial Controls
Triad Technologies, a distributor of fluid power and automation products, has acquired Rilco Industrial Controls Inc.
The acquisition includes Rilco subsidiaries E&M Automation Equipment Co. and Cincinnati Controls Inc. Rilco is headquartered in Cincinnati, where it has served regional customers since 1979.
Rilco, an industrial automation solutions provider serving Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Eastern Indiana, specializes in sensing technologies for manufacturing processes. Rilco is an authorized distributor for sensors, safety controls, process controls, and bar code reader systems.
