DPA names VP of public safety
The DPA Buying Group hired Don Reycroft as vice president of its new public safety division, which will encompass the police, fire and EMS industries.
Reycroft was previously the director of sales North America at Avon Protection Systems, where he managed and directed a sales team focused on fire service, law enforcement and industrial markets. Prior to Avon, he was the national sales manager at Draeger Safety, working in industrial, first responder, mining and government markets.
He was also previously employed by North Safety Products.
"Don will spearhead the launch of our new Public Safety division which will be the first of its kind. We are happy to have him on the team,” said Zachary T. Haines, DPA CEO.
