Hagemeyer-IDG to become Vallen Distribution
Hagemeyer North America-Industrial Distribution Group announced that it will rebrand as Vallen Distribution Inc. in mid-October.
The subsidiary of Sonepar USA will begin using the name that has typically been associated with safety equipment, but will expand to encompass all U.S. business lines of Hagemeyer-IDG. The two Sonepar operations in Canada and Mexico that also use the Vallen name will continue unchanged.
Hagemeyer North America and IDG merged in 2014 when Sonepar acquired IDG.
