AD holds Finance & HR Summit

AD welcomed 195 attendees at its 2018 AD Finance & HR Summit May 22-24 at the Westin Denver International Airport in Denver.

The attendees represented 109 independent distributors and service providers from seven industries across North America.

The three-day event featured keynote speeches, panel discussions, networking roundtables and concurrent sessions with presentations from AD service providers and industry experts. In addition, attendees networked with 21 best-in-class service providers during the AD Service Provider Tour.

“The mission of AD HR Services is to connect members with best-in-class service providers, provide them with best practice sharing and professional development opportunities, and create a foundation for a strong AD HR community," said Neil Cohen, AD’s senior vice president of HR. "The Finance & HR Summit strongly supports this mission through its significant networking opportunities, thought leadership presentations and panel discussions on strategic HR topics, and the chance to meet with service providers during the service provider tour."

He added that the Summit agenda was designed so that participants could leave with practical ideas they could implement in their businesses.

“This Summit was a unique opportunity for finance and HR executives from across the industries served by AD to share best practices and learn from experts all while earning credits for continuing education and adding value to their companies,” said Drew Moyer, AD’s CFO.

Dave Davis, chief financial officer at Schaedler Yesco, said attending the 2018 AD Finance & HR Summit in Denver was well worth the time and investment. "The networking roundtables and concurrent sessions were beyond excellent. I find being able to network with fellow finance and HR executives to be invaluable. Great job AD - truly AD Strong,” he said.
