Genuine Parts acquires Empire Wire and Supply
Genuine Parts Company announced the acquisition of Empire Wire and Supply based in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
The company will be part of Genuine Parts' Electrical/Electronic Materials Group.
Empire is a provider of custom cable assemblies and a distributor of network, electrical, automation and safety products. Empire serves a North American customer base from three locations in the U.S. and one in Canada and is expected to generate annual revenues of approximately $65 million.
